體驗糟糕透了，很難想象這是一家集團酒店，經過這次入住對千禧的酒店集團的整體水平都表示懷疑。設施、服務好多方面都不在線。不知道4.4分是怎麼來的。可能年代久遠設施和服務都跟不上了？ 1.房間有種淡淡的臭味道。入住比較晚不想折騰就沒去換房間。 2.浴缸下水壞的，下不了水，維修人員用螺絲刀敲開塞子。説第二天修也沒有修。 3.進屋的時候説有任何需要撥0。想借西餐刀，撥0後讓找801，801讓找202，202又讓找801。吐血。。。服務真的是不在線。。。 4.沒有拖鞋，沒有牙刷。不知道是不是忘了，住的其他酒店是有的。 5.床上的燈具上厚厚的灰。 6.入住兩天，第二天浴缸一坨頭髮沒有清理。

When I checked in they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room, which was really nice of them but after we got to the room and it’s was sorting so many things the hot water didn’t work properly, the hand shower and tap didn’t work the technician tried fixing and it was a bit better, than the air-con in the bedroom was a trouble I was so jet lagged that I just slept but when I woke up I realised it was super hot and I asked the staff and they did fix it, but all of this just felt like I’m fixing my apartment 🤣 also cleaning wise they are okay cuz on the last day before the check out it was done roughly, they would keep the toiletries/ towels/ water bottle as per the number of guest, we had to request all of this on the phone. The location was excellent definitely the highlight and breakfast is good has great variety. May be I just expected a bit more attention to detail but the staff was friendly and helpful for sure. They tried their best!

Восхитительное место! Красиво, удобно, спокойно тут! Нам очень понравилось подняться на крышу и нырнуть в прохладный бассейн. Вечером зайти в сауну и расслабиться перед сном. А утром - чудесный завтрак - такой выбор, что для каждого найдется то, что он хочет. И огромное спасибо дружелюбному персоналу, очень приятное общение и внимание к нам.

大変素晴らしいお部屋でした。思ったよりも大分広いですし、洗面所やシャワーの箇所も大変広く大変快適に過ごせました。床も綺麗でピカピカですし、ソファやベッドも綺麗でした。スリッパがなかったので、あったら尚良いホテルです。でも本當に床が綺麗だったので全く不便には感じませんでした。あと、歯ブラシがなかったので、旅行で攜帯していない方は持って行ったほうが良いです。もう少し部屋に居たいなと思うくらい快適でリラックスできました。いい意味でホテルではなかったてす。チェックインでは疲れていたので早めに行ってしまいましたが、記載時間の1時間半前に部屋に入れてくれ、その際のフロントの男性の方が大変感じの良いフレンドリーな方で素晴らしかったです。そして、朝食が口コミでは海外の方の評判て良くないのを目にしていたのですが、大変良くて正直びっくりした程です。沢山の種類があるし、本當にどれも美味しくておかわりをしました。配列も綺麗にして食べる前から見てるだけでわくわくさせてくれました。立地についてもすぐタクシーも捕まり、主な観光地にタクシーで行く際にも餘計な回り道をしなくてスムーズに行けます。近くに様々なお店もあるし便利でした。今回、このホテルを選んでよかったと心から思ったし、この価格でこんな満足できるとも思ってなかったです。また機會があれば是非宿泊したいですし、おすすめできるホテルです。

Schönes, bezahlbares 4 Sterne Hotel in guter zentraler Lage. Man ist mit einem Uber oder Taxi in kurzer Zeit an allen wichtigen Sightseeing Punkten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit Frühstück + Halbpension im Hauptrestaurant vom Hotel vorab zu buchen. Ich hatte ein großes Standart Zimmer mit kleiner Kitchenette und einem wirklich guten Kingsize Bett mit vernünftigen, bequemen Kissen. WLAN ist auch in Ordnung. Pool und Bar auf dem Dach sind auch ok. Rundum eine klare Empfehlung von mir👍👍👍

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and always helpful, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

골드센터 근처이고 많은 식당가가 바로 옆이라 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 2박을 했는데 방도 넓고 조식도 풍부해서 좋았구요. 하프보드나 풀보드를 할까 고민하다 말았는데 조식장소를 보니 하프보드라도 할 걸 그랬네요. 약간 후회했어요. 시설이 좀 낡은 것 빼고 좋습니다!

*Check in was fast with Kim, who explained well about the amenities and all. *Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property. *Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable. * Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup. * Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.
